Welcome to Andrea Marie Coaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, programs, coaching sessions, and related materials provided by Andrea Marie Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Andrea Marie Coaching provides Life Coaching, Recovery Coaching, Sober Coaching, and Trauma-Informed Coaching services. Coaching services are designed to provide guidance, accountability, education, and support related to personal growth, sobriety support, and lifestyle change.

Coaching services are non-clinical, non-therapeutic, and non-medical in nature.

2. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

Important Disclaimer – Please Read Carefully

I (Andrea Marie Shaw) do not provide medical services, or diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment. Sessions are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not be used in place of the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider. My training is in Life and Recovery Coaching and Trauma Coaching, and my role is to provide action plans and accountability, and support. You understand that am not performing the role of medical doctor, psychologist, or any other licensed healthcare provider. Any decisions regarding your healthcare are your responsibility and I cannot be held responsible for any consequences of your medical decisions. Coaching is not a substitute for an addiction treatment, detox program, or therapy. If you have mental health concerns, or you're physically addicted to any drug, including alcohol, please contact your healthcare provider for medical treatment. 3. Client Responsibility

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
You are responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and results.
Coaching outcomes vary by individual and no guarantees are made regarding specific results.
You agree to seek appropriate professional help when needed.

4. No Guarantees

Andrea Marie Coaching makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding outcomes, sobriety success, emotional healing, or life changes. Results depend on many factors, including your commitment, effort, and circumstances.

5. Payment and Fees

All fees for coaching services must be paid in full according to the terms outlined at the time of purchase or booking. Fees are subject to change at any time. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase. By purchasing services, you agree to the stated cancellation and refund terms.

7. Confidentiality

Andrea Marie Coaching respects your privacy and will keep coaching information confidential to the extent permitted by law. However, confidentiality does not apply in situations involving:

Risk of harm to yourself or others
Suspected abuse or neglect
Legal obligations requiring disclosure

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Andrea Marie Coaching, including written content, worksheets, videos, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Andrea Marie Coaching and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrea Marie Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in coaching services.

By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Andrea Marie Coaching and Andrea Marie Shaw from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andrea Marie Coaching from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Andrea Marie Coaching operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

Andrea Marie Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
