Working Together

You may be here because something in your life is no longer working for you.

You might be navigating emotional overwhelm, physiological stress, or patterns that once helped you cope but no longer feel sustainable. You may be moving through a life transition, recovery, or the lasting effects of trauma, and finding that things feel harder or more confusing than they used to.

Change - even when it’s desired - can be disorienting. It often affects more than one area of life at a time: relationships, identity, routines, and how you experience yourself. It can bring moments of relief and clarity, alongside uncertainty or fatigue. You don’t need to sort through all of that on your own.

My work offers a calm, non-judgmental space to slow things down and explore what’s happening without pressure to “fix” yourself or arrive at a particular outcome. Through one-to-one coaching, we focus on nervous system regulation and practical, actionable support that allows clarity and steadiness to build over time.

If you’re looking for support that is grounded, compassionate, and paced - we can begin there.

If you’re interested in working with me, the next step is a brief inquiry and a complimentary discovery call. This conversation is simply an opportunity to ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation — just space to explore.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals navigating recovery, emotional overwhelm, trauma and life transitions, as well as families impacted by a loved one’s substance use or mental health challenges. Some people come seeking steadiness during a difficult season; others come with long-standing patterns they’re ready to understand more gently. Whether you’re arriving for yourself or because you care deeply about someone else, this work offers a calm, trauma-informed space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and feel supported without judgment or pressure.

Offerings

My work is rooted in the understanding that growth and change are never one-size-fits-all. When we work together our time is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your specific needs, experiences, and goals.

Drawing on years of training, mentorship, and lived experience, I support clients in understanding patterns that no longer serve them and in developing steadier, more sustainable ways of coping. Our work may include nervous system regulation, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical tools that support physiological balance and emotional resilience.

I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where individuals and families can slow things down, feel supported, and explore what change looks like at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. Rather than pushing for quick fixes, we focus on building stability, clarity, and compassionate awareness over time.

This work is not about becoming someone else - it’s about reconnecting with yourself and creating a life that feels more grounded and sustainable.

These offerings are well suited for individuals exploring sobriety or recovery, families navigating the impact of a loved one’s challenges, and anyone seeking a trauma-informed, compassionate space for healing and growth.

Support is available in a few different forms

1:1 Coaching Package
12 weeks

In weekly 45-minute sessions, we create space to talk through questions, challenges, patterns, and moments of uncertainty with curiosity and care. Together, we notice what’s supporting you, what may be feeling stuck, and where gentle adjustments could be helpful.

Our work is tailored to your specific needs. Rather than following a preset program, we focus on building support that feels grounded and sustainable. This may include nervous system regulation, reflection, and the development of personal practices that support steadiness, clarity, and self-trust over time.

You’ll receive post-session notes and relevant resources after each meeting, along with email support between sessions to help you integrate what we’re exploring.

Coaching packages include a complimentary 20-minute discovery call prior to commitment.

Coaching Intensive
One-time, 90 minute session

This option is well suited for returning clients who are looking for additional support, or for individuals who prefer a focused, short-term engagement rather than an ongoing commitment.

The intensive offers a dedicated space to slow things down, take stock of what’s present, and explore what support might be most helpful right now. We meet you where you are, with care and respect for your pace, and work together to clarify next steps that feel grounded and manageable.

Following our session, you’ll receive a curated set of resources and reflections to support integration, along with a 30-minute follow-up call within four weeks to revisit what’s unfolding and offer continued support.

6-Session Bundle

"As a coach myself and having been in the industry for more than a decade, I can share that Andrea is hands-down one of the best coaches I've worked with.  She has a gentle yet strong presence and is unwaveringly compassionate and caring. She creates a non-judgmental and safe environment to explore and process. She guided and supported me to find my sobriety in the time and space that was needed. She is knowledgeable, skilled and patient with the complexities of addiction. Andrea is kind, intuitive and also a bad-ass Sobriety Coach. I'm truly grateful for her support and guidance."
