I’ll meet you right where you are. Zero judgment. Zero shame. We’ll examine your current drinking habits: how much, how often and why. What led you to reach out to me? What would you like to change? You’ll leave the session with a clear vision of how you’d like to move forward with alcohol. I’ll share some of my favorite tools and resources. We’ll create a customized plan just for you that will help you find peace with your drinking, or create the first steps in letting it go.
